It was so comfortable and felt very luxurious. We loved that our King room was like a suite with a corner sofa sleeper. We were able to have friends visit and not feel like we were sitting in a bedroom. Also, loved having a jetted hot tub as a hotel amenity.

Great location and easy to get to, staff was friendly and helpful. We actually had a minor issue that we called the front desk about once we were in our room- the TV had a small defect but it was very noticeable while watching it- and the staff immediately offered us a different room and made that transition very easy. The gym is available 24hrs as should be -and the equipment is new and fun to use. Didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub

The Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Quality Coffee & Tea Selections ; variety of menu , Eggs , Bacon , Sausage , Fresh Fruits , & multiple kinds of Cereals & kinds of Milk. Nice Shower , water pressure & temperature . Television was easy to operate as have Direc TV .

Reasonably priced for what you get. Liked the jacuzzi and convenient distance to Footbal Hall of Fame and local restaurants. It's also dog friendly.

This property was highly recommended to us by a friend. We loved it and did not want to leave the comfy bed. From check-in to every interaction, our stay was great. We would definitely book again when/if we're in the Canton area, as well as recommend to others. The staff (Front Desk & Housekeeping) was great and so accommodating of every request and inquiry; our room was great (did I mention the comfy bed); the Fitness Ctr was great; COMPLIMENTARY Breakfast was great; the Lobby was welcoming with beautiful decor and artwork and I noticed the bowl of apples (maybe wrap those :-)); The location was great, accessible to highway for our short commute; as well as many dining and shopping options. Oh, onsite free parking was great. TY Hyatt Place-Canton for a great stay!
