This property was highly recommended to us by a friend. We loved it and did not want to leave the comfy bed. From check-in to every interaction, our stay was great. We would definitely book again when/if we're in the Canton area, as well as recommend to others. The staff (Front Desk & Housekeeping) was great and so accommodating of every request and inquiry; our room was great (did I mention the comfy bed); the Fitness Ctr was great; COMPLIMENTARY Breakfast was great; the Lobby was welcoming with beautiful decor and artwork and I noticed the bowl of apples (maybe wrap those :-)); The location was great, accessible to highway for our short commute; as well as many dining and shopping options. Oh, onsite free parking was great. TY Hyatt Place-Canton for a great stay!

We actually had a minor issue that we called the front desk about once we were in our room- the TV had a small defect but it was very noticeable while watching it- and the staff immediately offered us a different room and made that transition very easy. The gym is available 24hrs as should be -and the equipment is new and fun to use. Didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub

The Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Quality Coffee & Tea Selections ; variety of menu , Eggs , Bacon , Sausage , Fresh Fruits , & multiple kinds of Cereals & kinds of Milk. Nice Shower , water pressure & temperature . Television was easy to operate as have Direc TV .
